The majority of our assignments are conducted on a Retained Search basis, as recruitment works best when client and recruiter work in partnership. Retained Search is highly effective - it provides you with better candidates and better choice; it is a model that focuses on quality, not speed, and reduces your risk accordingly.
We do also work on a Contingent basis. This tends to be in instances where we have agreed exclusivity with our client and where the role is perhaps more junior, or doesn’t involve a ‘difficult-to-unearth’ skill set.
